Program Manager, Integrated Marketing Communications

    Reporting to the Senior Manager Integrated Marketing & Communications, the program manager position is accountable for the development of integrated marketing campaigns to defined customer targets. From planning through to execution, across all marketing disciplines, the program manager works with both internal teams and external agency resources to develop targeted, multi-channel marketing solutions that resonate with existing and prospective customers, thereby driving business and marketing strategies and tactics to drive revenue and customer growth. An expert in defining, executing and optimizing the customer journey, the program manager plans and executes end-to-end integrated marketing solutions including consulting, strategic assessment, data analytics, digital, social, mobile, print, events, direct mail and call center integration. From strategic planning to tactical execution, the program manager delivers effective marketing solutions that build the RCM brand and help to create lasting customer relationships.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage the development and evaluation of marketing programs for defined customer groups, ensuring that business and marketing objectives are met.
    • Act as the internal champion to drive the cross functional development, implementation, and evaluation of stand alone and multi-channel marketing campaigns that are targeted, tracked and measured to deliver optimum performance and business building results.
    • Assist in the development up data driven strategic business cases and/or briefing notes for senior leadership
    • Leverage data and analytical tools (DMP, Propensity Models, Behavioural analytics, media attribution dashboards etc.) to inform marketing decisions and make real time adjustments to campaign strategies and tactics.
    • Liaise and collaborate with marketing team counterparts in customer marketing, product development, customer insights, sales and e-commerce/digital, to ensure the development and implementation of robust, insight driven campaigns and act as a central figure to consolidate all campaign information.
    • Contribute to product and business planning by providing expert marketing advice
    • Provide professional and functional leadership in all aspects of marketing communications
    • Identify trends and developments within the marketing discipline, making recommendations to improve the impact of marketing efforts.
    • Establish and maintain campaign milestones, timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and accurate communication to program stakeholders, and procurement and finance leads.
    • Report on campaign progress and results.

     

    Requirements:

    • University degree  in marketing or related area
    • Minimum of 7 years of integrated target marketing experience
    • Strong understanding of digital direct response marketing as well as a traditional marketing mix.
    • Excellent understanding of marketing, advertising and communications principles including, but not limited to, targeting, messaging, creative development, integrated media planning and social media.
    • Strong knowledge and experience of project and campaign management and associated tools
    • In depth understanding of campaign analytics tools, marketing science, customer insights, segmentation and behaviour modeling.
    • Extensive experience working with external agencies and suppliers as well as  internal stakeholders (including Sales, business lines, and advertising and public relations agencies)
    • Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate revenue and results across different customers segments.
    • Strong business acumen and presence, a sense of urgency, solution and results driven, curious, and proven ability to maintain strong working relationships with many different types of stakeholders
    • Clear understanding of RCM’s business model, marketing strategies and how they are leveraged to drive revenue across all elements of the annual marketing plan.
    • Experience in managing multiple projects with various budget scales
    • Ability to handle pressure, tight deadlines and challenging situations
    • Experience in both client and agency side is considered an asset
