The Royal Canadian Mint is hiring a Coordinator, Boutique who can thrive in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, Customer Solutions, the Coordinate is responsible for the delivery of services through the application of knowledge gained through specific training at the working level in support of defined functions within a specific part of the organization. The role responds to priorities often set by others, working within general office work routines and procedures to deliver results. The role is defined by its ability to coordinate activities and functions, and provide support to programs or processes within a section of a business unit.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of three to five years experience in a sales role
Skills and Ability:
- Excellent project management skills and organizational skills
- Good analytical skills, including ability to write and create reports
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous projects, while meeting strict deadlines
- Ability to work without supervision and excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, using tact and diplomacy in working with clients
- Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and good judgment
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required
Knowledge:
- Expert knowledge of DAX
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Advanced knowledge of MS Project
- Advanced knowledge of Powerpoint
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data warehouse and cube creation)
- Knowledge of retail best practices and customer purchase drivers
