My overall experience with Royal Canadian Mint was disappointing. I received a 10 gift voucher and tried to apply it to my order but it wouldn't accept it. I called the next day and spoke to a very friendly gentleman who checked on it and said because it hadn't gone through yet, he couldn't add the voucher but assured me he would track it and when it went through would take off the 10 dollars. A few days later noticed the full amount had been billed to my credit card so I called again. This time the person told me because it was gone through he couldn't do anything about it and there were no notes of me having spoken to anyone before.
