          What Diameter of coin will fit this frame?

            A:

            Hi Renee,

            The display area of this frame is 65mm x 65mm. So any of our 1 ounce coins will fit in this frame. Our 1 ounce coins are usually 38mm or 40mm in diameter (excluding protective capsule). Two ounce coins (50mm in diameter) will be a tighter fit if you keep the coin in its protective capsule.

          Is there a clasp of any kind to hang this product on a wall?

            A:

            Hi Auntpearly,

            There is not a clasp. But the frame is 34mm wide, so the rim on either side is wide enough to hand on a nail. You may also consider adding a clasp or other hanging device to the back of the frame.

            A:

            Hi needtoknow,

            The display area of this floating frame is only 2.55 inches by 2.55 inches (65mm x 65mm), so your 4 inch diameter medallion would not fit. However, we do sell larger frames that would fit that size medallion;

          Can you make small video showing how it works. Like can you hang it on a wall; display it on a desk? Is it re-usable or does the plastic strech? How difficult is it to put 22 coins in?

            A:

            Hi pgmr,

            We've added a video showing how to open, add a coin, and close the frame. The frames are suitable for hanging on walls. The frames are also reusable, however, the silicone membranes can stretch over time, So if you place large coins inside, they will stretch, therefore you may not be able to insert much smaller coins later on. Probably the best thing to do is to dedicate some frames to display large coins, and others for smaller coins.
            22 coins might be a little too much for a single frame. If you are looking to store or display that many coins at the same time, please, keep visiting mint.ca, we are exploring other storage and display options right now. Thank you for your patience.

            Hi pgmr,

            We've uploaded a small video to the product page. It is reusable and the plastic does stretch. the number of coins you can fit will depend on the size of the coins.

          Its unclear how these work with the coin or what it would look like. You should show a sample(2) display with a coin(s) in it. It implies only one coin per frame which seems strange for the larger ones.
