The Mint is hiring a Program Manager, Manufacturing Master Data and Cost Integration who can thrive in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Manufacturing Integration and Innovation the Program Manager is responsible for the governance, integrity, and cross-functional alignment of manufacturing master data that directly drives cost behavior in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO).
This role operates as a hands-on steward of manufacturing cost foundations, working through a structured network of process owners across Commercial, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to ensure that manufacturing data is accurate, consistent, auditable, and aligned to real-world execution.
This role ensures that manufacturing cost outcomes in D365FO are predictable, explainable, and trusted by preventing upstream data issues before they manifest as financial or operational discrepancies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as the operational owner manufacturing master data in D365FO, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with costing requirements.
- Lead data governance activities and collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to support cost-effective decision-making.
- Establish and enforce data standards, roles, responsibilities, and change control processes for cost-related manufacturing data.
- Monitor data quality, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity and reliable costing outcomes.
- Facilitate cross-functional reviews to resolve data issues and approve cost-impacting changes.
- Support costing updates, engineering changes, system enhancements, testing activities, and audit requirements through effective data management and documentation.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring on-site presence at our Ottawa location three to five days per week, depending on meeting requirements and other activities.
This selection process may also qualify you for other positions with similar requirements and qualifications.
Qualifications:
Languages Requirements:
Proficiency in one official language (English/French) is essential.
Education & Designation:
- University degree in related area.
- Minimum of 7 years of related business experience.
Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with D365FO manufacturing master data.
- Demonstrated experience working through process owners in complex, cross-functional manufacturing environments.
- Experience operating in regulated and audit-sensitive manufacturing contexts.
Additional Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of how master data drives manufacturing costs and financial outcomes.
- High attention to detail with a governance-first, prevention-oriented mindset.
