As part of the Human Resources team, you will gain hands-on experience across the employee journey and see how HR supports people at every stage of their career. Your Responsibilities:

What you will do

  • Support the coordination of Talent Management programs, including event planning and updating program tools and resources.
  • Conduct research on HR and learning best practices and help draft communication materials for learning initiatives.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities such as interview and reference check scheduling vise-a-vis MS Bookings app.
  • Generally supporting the broader Human Resources team with special projects.

Qualifications:

We are looking for students who

  • Are fluently bilingual in both official languages (English and French).
  • Are enrolled as a student in a post-secondary education program in an accredited academic institution and are returning to full-time post-secondary studies in September 2026.
  • Are legally eligible to work in Canada and can obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Are interested in Human Resources and contributing to a team that enhances the employee experience throughout the career journey.

What makes you a strong candidate

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Copilot.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and the importance of handling sensitive information appropriately.
  • Ability to follow established processes and policies while exercising sound judgment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct.
