I love ancient Egyptian history. These coins typify a broad spectrum of Egypt's antiquity -- great for collectors, for display, as gifts.

Nice set

The collection is quite nice. The coins are paper-thin but they are as interesting as beautiful and the lightness makes them affordable. After all, we are not buying for silver value - ingots are a much better value. I love history and it is a good symbol for Ancient Egypt. The case that comes with it is cardboard but it is well done - coins are securely fixed in it.

Interesting prospect

Curious about : What is on obverse ? What might the mintage be ?

Ottawa ON

Nice idea, but would have been nicer at 1 oz

It would be nice to see the obverse as well. Since a 1 troy oz silver maple leaf is 38 mm dia and 3.3 mm thick and weighs 31.1 g, these must be about 1.2 mm thick, the same as a Cdn dime. To be fair the description does call it "thin" but why not make it a standard troy oz?

filip side

use to add to my collection what is on the opposite side of the coin????
