About your first coin design:

Engraved on the stamp-shaped reverse is a detailed reproduction of a Canadian postal stamp issued on June 29, 1927, to commemorate Canada's Diamond Jubilee. Titled Centre Block of the Parliament Buildings, the original design by Herman Herbert Schwartz and engraved by Harold Osborn, features a front view of the Peace Tower and Centre Block building on Parliament Hill, in Ottawa. The three-cent stamp was printed using the traditional intaglio printing or line engraving method, as evidenced by the horizontal lines re-created on the reverse. An application of modern colour mimics the brown carmine hue of the original issue, while the double dates "1867" and "1927" and the word "CONFEDERATION" reflect the 60th anniversary of Confederation. Like the 1927 stamp, the reverse includes ornamental flourishes and the word "CANADA" on a scroll banner, along with the bilingual "POSTES / POST" and the face value, represented by the number "3" and the word "CENTS". The obverse features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Susanna Blunt.

This is a one time, one of a kind type purchase for me

I feel that you should offer to those of us buying all three of this issue a felt lined box that holds all three together for storage and display. Not separately in three boxes. I like the issue. "Real meaning" is what I look for in what you sell and I think that for real and true meaning here they need a felt lined box together......

Thank you so much for putting out a coin that makes you grin ear to ear. One couldn't sign up fast enough to buy this coin simply because of it's very low mintage. Everything is well package and I'm buying it for the pride of owning the set. One thing for sure is Canada issues some fine looking stamps and now they have the coins to go with them. As a Colorized Coin Collector this is as good as it gets. I've been a member ever since 1999 and this explains it all to anyone who loves to collect coins. If you don't buy this subscription before it's sold out your going to regret it. Whose the World's best Coin Mint? You've got it the Royal Canadian Mint:-)

I used to collect stamps. I just bought better condition versions of these stamps from another vendor to go with this set. Brings back great memories!

Nice Set - Poor Packaging

3

I bought this set because I'm a stamp collector as well as a coin collector and this is an interesting concept. But .... once again the Mint has dropped the ball on with the presentation. Purple Clamshell Boxes? Really? Again? Here was a chance to do a nice presentation box along with an explanation of each stamp that could be a great gift ... another chance lost. Please rethink this and build a box for shipping with the third coin.

Stunning set

Very stunning coin set that I am having trouble deciding to buy. Without a custom case to display these I feel I must make a stand against the mint for not listening to collectors. I just completed the survey that asked about this.

Perfect set of coins - Why no customized box?

Being also a stamp collector for over 40 years, I certainly am attracted to these coins for which I purchased the subscription. Exceptional and beautiful coins... but what is it with the mint and your clamshell cases and black beauty boxes that only the mint finds to be beautiful. Rather than supplying 3 individual maroon clamshell cases with 3 black ugly boxes... one custom display case for all 3 coins could not have been much more expensive. For items of this class and quality, please provide adequate customized display case!

Great Offer! But in a clamshell? Really!

The mint had an opportunity to put this over the top with a display box. Still not to late to offer a box, even for purchase along with the third coin. Please give it some thought.

Are these stamp coins legal tender? Thanks Pam

Pamela

Hello Pamela and thank you for asking. The Canada's Historical Stamps - 1 oz. Pure Silver Coloured 3-Coin Subscription - Mintage: 5,000 (2018) are legal tender.

Chantal

I had placed an order for the 3 Coin Historical Set - Canada's Historical Stamps - 1 oz. Pure Silver Coloured 3-Coin Subscription - Mintage: 5,000 (2018). I received the first coin. Can you please tell me when the next 2 coins will be shipped. Terry

Terry

Hello Terry and thank you for asking. We anticipate shipping the second coin within 2-3 weeks and the third in December.

Chantal

I recently purchased the subscription for the 3 stamp shaped coins and was told the first stamp coin would ship immediately with another coin I bought. I received the other coin, but no stamp-shaped coin. No explanation has been given by the mint. What's going on with my accepted order, and did the mint charge my account already? When will I receive each coin and what will be the charge plus tax (USD)?

Daniel

Hello Daniel and thank you for asking. Please note, we invoice the Canadian price only when the coin ships and the exchange is done by your credit card company the day it is invoiced. Therefore the amount may change day to day due to the exchange rates of the day. The stamp shaped coin may be on backorder. Please call our Customer Solution Centre at 1-800-268-6468 to speak with a representative. They will be able to look at your account and let you know what is the status of your order.

For Subscription orders, will the Mint consider introducing a more distinguished display box/container for these unique coins to replace the individual maroon boxes?

Ellie

Hello and thank you for asking. These coins are sent encapsulated and placed in our traditional maroon clamshell box. A collector case is not planned for this set.

Chantal

Do these stamps come in individual cases?
