As part of the Human Resources team, you will gain hands-on experience across the employee journey and see how HR supports people at every stage of their career. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
What you will do
- Support the coordination of Talent Management programs, including event planning and updating program tools and resources.
- Conduct research on HR and learning best practices and help draft communication materials for learning initiatives.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities such as interview and reference check scheduling vise-a-vis MS Bookings app.
- Generally supporting the broader Human Resources team with special projects.
Requirements
We are looking for students who
- Are fluently bilingual in both official languages (English and French).
- Are enrolled as a student in a post-secondary education program in an accredited academic institution and are returning to full-time post-secondary studies in September 2026.
- Are legally eligible to work in Canada and can obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Are interested in Human Resources and contributing to a team that enhances the employee experience throughout the career journey.
What makes you a strong candidate
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Copilot.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of confidentiality and the importance of handling sensitive information appropriately.
- Ability to follow established processes and policies while exercising sound judgment.
- Strong organizational skills, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct.
