To help the RCM’s Help Desk department with various support related tasks. This could include preparing new computers, relocating equipment between Ottawa locations, and handling day-to-day tasks and calls.

Requirements

  • Post secondary studies in computer science (3rd or 4th year) is an asset
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Good knowledge of PC hardware
  • Ability to install Windows applications
  • Document problems and resolutions
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Collaborate with Help Desk and Network Infrastructure staff
  • Physical ability to lift computer related equipment
  • Bilingualism (English/French) mandatory
  • Canadian citizen/permanent resident status
